The top row of the Forecasting section in TwelveZeros contains quite a few useful features, so let’s go through them one by one.
On the left, you can switch between the Forecasting and the Reporting section of TwelveZeros. Just below that, you’ll select the timeframe of the forecast that you want to see. By default, you’ll get your forecasts in the “Sales Cycle” time frame – TwelveZeros automatically determines the time by which almost all of your currently existing pipeline gets closed and will show you your forecast up to that date. You can always manually extend the forecast horizon, or zoom in on a shorter time period.
In the top right, first, there is a dropdown that allows you to switch between a forecast that was automatically generated by TwelveZeros, and a forecast based on your inputs in the CRM. See more about Your Forecast here.
Just below that there are three buttons. The first one lets you filter the current view to drill down into details. See the filters available on the Bridge forecast. Next one lets you open the AI Insights panel. See how to interpret the AI Forecast Insights. The last one opens the communication panel, where you can comment ask your teammates questions.
Finally, in the middle, you can choose one of the three views available on the Bridge Forecast: the CRM view, the Coverage view, and the Forecast view. You’ll find the details of each of them in the linked articles.
