You can drill down into more detail of every sales report in TwelveZeros using Filters.
There are five standard filters available:
- Deal Value
Let’s go through each one and see examples of how it can be used.
The Segmentation filter lets you look at data of only one, or a few segments of your business. This can help if different segments of your business run different processes, sell a different product or are expected to follow different processes.
The Owner filter lets you drill down even deeper, into single Sales Reps analysis. There is a search bar at the top, which will help if you’re in a large organization.
The Deal Value filter lets you use the reports to analyze the behavior and results of deals of different sizes. The blue sliders let you select the range of deal values that you. want to include in the report. The gray histogram above shows you how many deals do you have at every value range. The higher the gray bars, the more deals of that value exist.
The Timeframes filter lets you analyze your opportunities in cohorts, by creation date.
Finally, the Stages filter lets you analyze or exclude opportunities that currently are in particular stages.
