We will need your Salesforce login, password, and Salesforce security token.
You can find your security token in the first email you got from Salesforce. Search your emails for “Salesforce security token”. If you can’t find it, you can follow the instructions on this page to reset your token – you’ll get the new one in the email. There is no way to “see” your current token – if you lost the email that contained it, it’s gone and needs to be reset.
